Opening Reception for Art Show an Immersive Experience

At the show's opening reception Thursday, March 11, artists and guests mingled amid scores of ocean-themed sculptures, photos and paintings — including watercolors, of course.

Event judge Jack Dowd handed out elegant glass awards to the top artists and Mote Aquarium Vice President Dan Bebak praised the artists following an introduction by Arthur Armitage, Chairman of Mote's Board of Trustees.
